Here you will find resources to use in face to face training situation when delivering the curriculum contents for both employers and employees.
The developed resources have been piloted in the first Digital Workplace training session that took place in Campobasso, Italy in spring 2017.
Totally 22 employers and employees from different countries participated to the Learning Week in Campobasso, Italy.Annamaria Caccione and Adamantia Spanaka, as mentors, both facilitated the learning process in an active and productive way. They encouraged participants to connect their past experiences with their current knowledge-base and activities while they related the assigned tasks to their own learning goals.Through interviews with experts and collaborative activities like role play, case studies, debates and small-group discusion rounds based on the world cafe method, participants converted the theoretical concepts learned inside the MOOC content into actions.
